We offer a wide variety of convenient payment options. If you are having trouble paying your bill, please contact our office prior to the due date to discuss a payment plan.
Payments may be made online to the Harwich Water Department through Invoice Cloud. Simply create a free user account and follow the instructions provided by Invoice Cloud. Please allow a few days for processing.

Processing fees for online payments:
E-Check is $0.40 (cheaper than a stamp!)
Credit Card* is 2.95% of the payment total.

To pay by mail, send a check or money order (no cash) and include the payment coupon portion of your statement. Please make the check payable to Town of Harwich and send to:

Payments can be made at the Town Hall, Tax Collector's Office at 732 Main Street, Monday, 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - Noon.
Drop your payment off at the 24-hour outside drop box located at the rear of Town Hall at 732 Main Street. You may use this service as long as you are not scheduled for disconnection.
If you are overwhelmed with bills and interested in setting up a payment plan, please call 508-432-0304 or email email@example.com. Water Department office hours are from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
