Commissioners Meeting Minutes 12/03/2002

Present: Vice Chairman Danette Gonsalves, Clerk George Cavanaugh, Superintendent Craig Wiegand, Secretary Carol Connor

Meeting called to order at 8:40 AM by Mrs. Gonsalves.

Bills signed as submitted.

Service applications signed for:

1. 198 Long Pond Drive
2. 15 Old Carriage Drive
3. 16 Old Carriage Drive

Abatements signed for services #6677, #4547, and #5571

Minutes of 11/19/02 -- Motion made by Mrs. Gonsalves to approve the minutes as written. George Cavanaugh seconded the motion. Unanimous vote to approve.

A discussion was held regarding budget preparation and a meeting with the Town Administrator. Chairman Bates was appointed as spokesperson for the budget meeting with the Selectmen and Finance Committee.

An update was given on the meeting to be held on 12/17/02, to discuss an enterprise system.

Meeting adjourned at 9:15 AM.
