Commissioners Meeting Minutes 03/14/2006

Present: Chairman Donald T Bates Jr., Vice Chairman Danette Gonsalves, Clerk George Cavanaugh, Superintendent Craig Wiegand, Secretary Carol M. Connor

Meeting called to order at 8:15 AM by Chairman Bates.

Minutes of 02/28/06 meeting - Motion made by Danette Gonsalves to approve as written, Motion seconded by George Cavanaugh. Unanimous vote to approve.

Bill schedules signed as presented

Applications reviewed for 2 Emily Lane, 41 Great Woods Rd., 23 Fuller Road, and 1644 Route 39.

Update on Brooks Park tank demo - total cost including engineering is $55,450.00.

Assorted correspondence passed to Board members to read.

Stagg litigation - Attorney Gleason has taken this into review and will let the Board know in a few weeks.
