Paying Your Bill
We know your time and ours is valuable, and that's why
we are
here to serve you in the best possible way. We offer a variety
of convenient payment options and locations outlined below. If
you're having trouble paying your bill, please contact our office prior to the bill being due.
Pay In Person
Payments can be made at the Town Hall, Tax Collector's Office at 732 Main Street, Monday, 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday,
8:30 a.m. - Noon.
Electronic Payments*
Payments may be made Online to the Harwich Water Department through eBill (opens
in new window). Simply create a user account and follow the instructions provided
by eBill. Please allow a few days for processing.
*Online bill payment services are also available through local
banks. Check with your banking institution for availability
of these services.
Mail-in Payment
To pay by mail, send a check or money order (no cash) and include the collector's portion of your statement. Don't forget to put your account number on the check and write your check number on the statement. Please send your payment to:

Quick Pay & Night Drop
Drop your payment off at the 24-hour outside drop box located at the rear of
Town Hall at 732 Main Street. You may use this service as long as you are
not
scheduled for disconnection.
Payment Plans
If you are overwhelmed with bills and interested in setting up a payment plan, please contact the Billing Administrator at the Water Department before the due date of the water bill. Office hours are from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE WATER DEPARTMENT OFFICE!
