Paying Your Bill
We know your time and ours is valuable, and that's why we are
here to serve you in the best possible way. We offer a variety
of convenient payment options and locations outlined below. If
you're having trouble paying your bill, we can help.
Pay In Person
Payments may be made at the Town Hall at 732 Main Street, Monday, 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday,
8:30 a.m. - Noon.
Mail-in Payment
For your convenience, we include a self-addressed envelope with every bill.
To pay by mail, send a check or money order (no cash) and include the top
portion of your statement. Don't forget to put the appropriate postage on
your envelope and write your check number on the statement. If you've misplaced
your envelope, the address to send your payment to is:

Quick Pay & Night Drop
Drop your payment off at the 24-hour outside drop box located at the rear of
Town Hall at 732 Main Street. You may use this service as long as you are
not
scheduled for disconnection.
Electronic Payments*
Payments may be made Online to the Harwich Water Department through eBill (opens
in new window). Simply create a user account and follow the instructions provided
by eBill.
Online bill payment services are also available through local
banks. We have listed several below for your convenience (all
links open in new window). Check with your banking institution for availability
of these services.
