WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
The Harwich Water Department issued an RFP for several water main
projects all materials are being supplied by the Harwich Water
Department. The RFP was for labor and equipment. The bid results
are for the following streets;
- Lower Bank Street
- Old Colony Road
- Old Chatham Road
- Pleasant Road
Water Main Bid results are as follows:
- Pavao Construction Co. Inc. $267,442.31
- Bay State Piping
Inc. $202,000.00
- J. W. Dubis & Sons $331,250.00
- CELCO Construction $205,600.00
- Robert b. Our Co. Inc. $161,000.00
- Bortolotti Construction
Inc. $145,565.00
- Richard J. Ragone $164, 790.00
- C.C. Construction Inc.
$129,140.00
WATER MAIN EXTENSION BID
There is also a water main replacement project on Azalea Drive
were we received three quotes, the low quote was from;
- Bay State Piping Inc. $17,850.00
- Directional Technologies
$20,500.00
- Henniker Directional Drilling $18,850.00
Work on the Azalea Dr. Project will be completed before min January.
There is also one more project that will go out as an RFP sometime
in late December 04'. This project will be for the Medi Center
V water main extension.
OPEN BID FOR PACKAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The Harwich Water Department has issued an RFP for a Package Electrical
System. Copies of the Contract and Specifications are available
at the Harwich Water Department which is located at 196 Chatham
Rd. Harwich, MA 02645. There is a $25.00 refundable check required
when you pickup a copy of Contract and Specifications, and a $15.00
non-refundable check, if you need them mailed to you.
Closing Date for this RFP is Thursday, December 9, 2004 at 10:00a.m.
at the Harwich Water Department 196 Chatham Rd.
