PUBLIC HEARING
Water Rate Increase
The Harwich Board of Water Commissioners will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday April 15, 2003 at 5:00p.m. at 196 Chatham Road 02645,
in the Commissioners Meeting Room to amend the water rates charged
by the Harwich Water Department.
These new rates are set forth below will become effective as of
March 15, 2003:

| 0-15,000 gallons per billing |
$50.00 Minimum Charge |
| 15,001-30,000 gallons per year |
$1.75 per additional 1,000 gallons |
| 30,001-70,000 gallons per year |
$2.85 per additional 1,000 gallons |
| Over 70,001 gallons per year |
$3.75 per additional 1,000 gallons |
| * The above constitutes a twice per year billing. |
BILLING PERIODS
Precinct 1: March 15th and September 15th
Precinct 2: April 15th and October 15th
Precinct 3: May 15th and November 15th
Additional rates for miscellaneous charges can be obtained by
calling the Harwich Water Department, these rates also become effective
as of March 15, 2003.
