Lower County River Bridge Project Completed

The Lower County River Bridge project is now completed.

The new 16" water main that crosses the Herring River has been replaced and is now in service. This project did take a week longer that expected, but with the work of the Contractor, State Engineer's, Harwich Fire Department and the Water Department the project went off without a glitch.

The Water Department will perform new fire flows on the west side of the bridge to see if our fire flows have increased into those areas of Town.
