Adopt a Hydrant and Drain

The Harwich Water Department is requesting that those of you that have fire hydrant near your homes to please adopt that hydrant by clearing snow from around that hydrant. Fire personnel need immediate access to those hydrants in case of fire. Water Department personnel are doing what they can to clear as many hydrant as possible, however, we need your assistance, so please adopt a hydrant by clearing that hydrant.

Also, please remember to clear any drains to ensure proper drainage of melting snow and rainfall.
