Outdoor Water Use Restrictions Lifted Effective September 15, 2002

The mandatory water restriction, which was in place for the past
several months, will be lifted on September 15, 2002. The Town
of Harwich Water Department would like it's customers to return
to a voluntary watering status regarding the outside use of water.
The Water Department would like to express thanks to the citizens
of Harwich for their continued cooperation in conserving our valuable
natural resource during the severe drought of the past summer season.
