Due to the severe lack of precipitation during the winter and spring seasons this year the Harwich Water Department has decided that the water main flushing program undertaken each spring will not be done at this time.

We have made this decision as an effort to conserve our valuable water supply.

We thank the citizens of Harwich for joining us in all their continuing conservation efforts.
