Water Analysis Data Forms

The Harwich Water Department has received a number of calls asking about a private company, Premier Water Group, that has been distributing packages with water sample bottles requesting a water sample be taken from their home. We understand that Premier has been doing this as part of a marketing campaign to sell their water filtration products. Premier Water Group is not affiliated in any way with the Harwich Water Department.

The Water Department would like to reassure our customers that Harwich's drinking water is of extremely high quality. This Water Department has consistently been recognized as one of the best water utilities in Massachusetts by the Department of Environmental Protection, having received awards in 1998, 1999 and 2000 by the Department of Environmental Protection as the best overall system for medium-large communities.

A water quality report that summarizes all of the testing done on our drinking water, demonstrates its high quality and compliance with all Federal and State standards, these reports are issued to our customers every year. If you would like a copy of this report, known as the Consumer Confidence Report, please contact the Water Department. A copy of this report is also available on the Water Department website.
