The Harwich Board of Water/Wastewater Commissioners will be holding a remote public hearing on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 1:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the updates to the Water Rules and Regulations established by the Board of Water/Wastewater Commissioners. 

The proposed Water Rules and Regulations updates are available for viewing at http://www.harwichwater.com/news-events/water-rules-regs-update.html.  Hard copies are available inside the Water Department drop box to the left of front door at 196 Chatham Road, Harwich MA. You may also request a hard copy to be mailed to you by contacting our office at 508-432-0304. 

All interested parties are invited to attend remotely.  Written comments should be received by the Board of Water/Wastewater Commissioners on or before Noon on Friday, May 21, 2021, by mail or email to commissioners@harwichwater.com. The proposed Water Rules and Regulations updates would go into effect on June 1, 2021.
