To register for the water Service Tight Protection Plan, please complete and submit the form below. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment request. There is a 30-Day waiting period from the date the enrollment request is submitted and received by Harwich Water Department. Initial pro-rated amount will be billed. This plan is an automatic annual renewal.
