Meeting called to order at 8:15 AM by Vice Chairman Gonsalves.

Bill schedules signed as presented.

George Cavanaugh made a motion to approve the minutes of December 20, 2005. Danette Gonsalves seconded the motion. Unanimous vote to approve.

David Ryan gave an update on the financial status as of December, 2005. Utility billing is working perfectly. Collections are going well. Interest goes directly into our account. Looking to have everything done electronically sometime in the future.

Route 39 tank substructure and painting will need to be done in the near future. Approximately 70% to 80% of the work should be able to be paid for from available funds.

Sandy Cummings came to the Board and asked that 2 Board members come in on all Mondays to sign bill schedules so that they will go up to Town Accountant's office every week.

Public hearing for Rules and Regulations called to order at 8:40 AM. No one from public in attendance in audience. Board members present had no questions. George Cavanaugh made a motion to approve the changes to the Rules and Regulations. Danette Gonsalves seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous to approve. Public hearing closed at 8:45AM.

Report given by Superintendent Wiegand on new water tank. Some finishing and inside painting needs to be done. Retainage is being held until completion.

Letter from Stagg Chevrolet reviewed by the Board. The case is going to appeal at the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. No date has been set yet.

Next meeting dates set for February 14th and February 28th.
