Meeting called to order at 8:15 AM by Chairman Bates.

Minutes of 10/25/05 - Motion by Danette Gonsalves to approve minutes as written. Seconded by Donald Bates. Unanimous vote to approve.

Budget for FY'07 reviewed. Flushing figure has been reduced. Next spring the flushing will be done during the day, and the fall flushing will continue to be done after hours. Superintendent Wiegand is trying to get a $50,000 article to cover increased fuel costs, energy costs, and salary changes. A question was asked as to why the FT/06 and FY/07 figures are the same. Mr. Wiegand will check with Town Accountant David Ryan.

A letter was received from the residents of Daisy St. regarding water main and road improvements. This is a private road.

Goals and objectives need to be considered and proposed for next fiscal year.

December meetings are schedule for 12/06 and 12/20.
