Minutes of 9/13/05 were approved as written per a motion by George Cavanaugh. Seconded by Danette Gonsalves. Unanimous vote to approve.

Report on Selectmen's meeting given by Superintendent Wiegand. Steven Harris gave the town two bills - one for the water line running under a small section of his property, and one for the work being done at the Queen Anne Road intersection as he claims it is costing him money.

The Board reviewed the new service applications.

Wells #5 and #6 need rehab - the cost will be approximately $5,000 to $6,000 apiece.

A review of the 5 proposed articles for town meeting was given by Superintendent Wiegand, and he will present them to the Finance Committee.

Water bills for cycle 2 are approximately two weeks behind but should be printed and sent out next week.

Generators have been installed. Electricians are at the new tank, and it should be on line approximately 11/15/05.

Rules and regs are being proofed and will be ready for the BOWC to review soon. Also, non-water related fees are being reviewed.

October 11th and October 25th are the next meeting dates.

A memorial service for Selectman Peterson will be held Saturday at the Community Center.
