Meeting called to order at 8:15 AM by Chairman Bates.

Minutes of 08/09/05 approved as written per motion by George Cavanaugh. Seconded by Danette Gonsalves. Unanimous vote to approve.

Board received a draft of a proposed water rate increase to review and comment upon.

Haley and Ward sent a proposal with two quotes for the demolition of the Brooks Park standpipe for review by the Board.

The Harwich Water Department mission statement and goals and objectives for fiscal year '06 were passed to the Board for comments and review.

A letter of agreement with the Tax Collector's office was signed by Chairman Bates. This letter outlines the services that will be performed by them in the collection of Water Department revenues.

Meeting adjourned at 8:45 AM so that the Board could view the progress at the new tank site.
