Meeting called to order at 8:15 AM by Chairman Bates.

Abatement signed for service #9561.

Minutes of 06/21/05 - Danette Gonsalves made a motion to approve minutes as written. Donald Bates seconded the motion. Unanimous vote to approve.

Town Accountant David Ryan gave a financial update to the Board. The preliminary closing has been completed for 06/30/05. Revenues were exceeded by $363,161.42. There will be a $1.2 million dollar figure going into the Enterprise Fund (prior to final closing). The goal is to get the accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable all on line by the end of FY'06. There was also discussion about having the payments collected by the Tax Collector's office. Encumbrances also reviewed.

New tank update - Superintendent Wiegand met with the erectors and engineers and the new color choice is grey.

The water table is still approximately 1-1/2 ft low according to the Cape Cod Commission. The pumps are running 12 hours per day per Superintendent Wiegand just to keep up. We need to keep going with the new source project.

Bid results reviewed.

Four seasonal applications received and reviewed.

Some update of flooring will be done in the office area, including carpet removal, tile floors, etc. A cleaning service will also be coming in every other week.
