Meeting called to order at 8:20 AM by Chairman Bates.

Motion made by Danette Gonsalves to approve the minutes of the meeting on November 09, 2004. George Cavanaugh seconded the motion. Unanimous vote to approve.

Review of service #353 for Bernard Sykes at 490 Route 28, Harwichport. It was decided to ask Mr. Sykes to come to the next meeting to discuss his questions with the Board.

Budget review with Town Administrator has been completed per Superintendent Wiegand.

Discussion held regarding several revenue generating options.

Next meeting will be held on December 14, 2004.
