Minutes of 11/19/02 -- Motion made by Mrs. Gonsalves to approve the minutes as written. George Cavanaugh seconded the motion. Unanimous vote to approve.

A discussion was held regarding budget preparation and a meeting with the Town Administrator. Chairman Bates was appointed as spokesperson for the budget meeting with the Selectmen and Finance Committee.

An update was given on the meeting to be held on 12/17/02, to discuss an enterprise system.
