Members Present: Chairman Anne Smith, Vice Chairman Donald Bates, Clerk Danette Gonsalves, Kenneth Bulley, and Deborah Fuller

The Board met to accept the resignation of Kenneth J. Bulley as Superintendent of the Water Department. The Board asked if Mr. Bulley had anything to say at this time. Mr. Bulley declined to comment. Donald Bates made the motion to accept his resignation. Seconded by Danette Gonsalves. Unanimous vote to approve.

Danette Gonsalves made a motion that Deborah Fuller, as part of the fulfillment of her position as Senior Administrative Assistant, assumes the responsibilities as Acting Superintendent until further notice from the Board. Seconded by Anne Smith. Vote carried unanimously.

Deborah Fuller stated that she would fill the position as required in her job description, with the stipulation that her job as Senior Administrative Assistant is left available for her to fall back into.

The Board agreed.

Danette Gonsalves made another motion requesting Daniel Hanley to support Mrs. Fuller by supervising the Treatment Facilities and delegation of duties and activities of the outside workers. Seconded by Donald Bates. Vote carried unanimously.
